Residential Customers

Private customers who have found our details online, Yellow Pages, Paper Ads, Flyers etc. We generally tend market ourselves to home owners, small businesses and the like for the majority of our services. The sorts of work we tend to perform is General Handyman work, Garden Maintenance, Window Cleaning & Garage Door Servicing & Repairs. The types of jobs are wide and varied, as are the customers we work for!

Commercial Customers

Generally small to medium businesses that require certain services such as General Handyman work, Window Cleaning & Garden Maintenance Work. Types of businesses vary between retail shops in shopping centres to industrial areas and smaller factory units. We don't actively promote in this field as we tend to get enough exposure through online searches etc.

Real Estate Agencies

We do get a lot of work through a number of Perth Real Estate Agencies, Some larger than others, but all with the same requirements for service provision. A lot of the work we tend to get is General Handyman work, Cleaning Services, Garden Clean-ups and Maintenance, Rubbish Removals, Garage Door Repairs & Servicing. We specialise in estates that have been re-possessed or have been run down by poor tenants. We have worked at all ends of the city, on all types of properties "YOU CAN'T SHOCK US" we've seen it all!
We generally get called upon to a full site makeover in these circumstances including garden tidy-ups, mulching & re-planting, painting, repairs, full site cleans, carpets etc. We can organise services to a budget as we know a Property Managers job is never an easy one!
We also get called upon to clean and service factory units and warehouses once leases come to an end, we can go through the whole property from the gardens to toilets, carpets, even de-greasing and pressure washing the warehouse floors.
