B & V Maintenance Services is essentially a company that “Cares to be Different” It may sound a little silly, but to be perfectly honest, it’s really what we’re all about!

In our own personal lives we both had became increasingly disillusioned working for and dealing with large companies that kept telling us how wonderful they were, how good there service was, what good value they were, when all along their motivation was purely based on profit. They tell you all these nice feel good things, while they cut back on staff, put age before experience & not follow through with all their promises... Again, all in the name of profit!

We decided we didn’t want to be part of it any longer, we wanted to take control of our own futures, and run a business the way we believe it should be run! What could we do?

Go into business for ourselves! We wanted to meet people, we wanted to help those out there that need help the most, we wanted to really get our hands dirty, have some new experiences, have a few laughs along the way and really enjoy what we were doing.

B & V Maintenance Services was born. We first started out offering a basic range of services that incorporated Garage Door Repairs and New Opener Installations, and a General Handyman Service. We had never anticipated that all those years of learning and experience would be able to finally be put into good use, nor had we originally planned to be doing them all, but the demand was there so we had no other choice but to diversify further, so not long after we started getting asked to do all sorts of things! We were then started offering Window Cleaning and Garden Services, Cleaning Services, Door & Window Repairs.... And, The list is still growing, and so are we!!! Now we can essentially offer a whole "Property Maintenance Package".

We wanted to offer a "Total Solution" to all of our prospective customers whether they be: residential, commercial, real estate agents and so on, so you don't have to have a whole list of people to call when your property needs attention. You don't have to make half a dozen phone calls, only One!

Although we’re still a relatively new company in the scheme of things, we bring many years of experience and a desire to be a little “old school” in everything we do. We're polite, courteous, clean, punctual and generally really nice people to deal with (How's that for blowing your own trumpet) We always strive to do our best, and if we ever do encounter a problem, it gets fixed, fast!

We’re a proudly WA owned and operated company, we support local businesses where we can, and try to give every customer we deal with “a fair go” We don’t aim to be the cheapest, but we price ourselves responsibly, and offer good value for money by always doing that little bit extra. We would always prefer to make a little less at the end of the day, and leave with you totally happy to call us back again, than try to make a quick buck and it be the last we ever see of you. Repeat business is what we pride ourselves on.
